A single assassin Lee Harvey Oswald, was responsible for the death of President Kennedy.
What really happened was, as the car drove by the depository a man with an umbrella raised it above his head as a signal to a passenger in the limo named Connally. Mr. Connaly fired into his own body creating a very well thought out ricochet. Thus creating the illusion that he had nothing to do with it since he had been shot also.
The diagram below documents the path of the single magic bullet. As the car drove in front of the depository building Mr. Connolly pulled a double barrel shotgun from his vest pocket and fired it at his own stomach using a slug round. The slug passed through his stomach and exit into his elbow. The bullet bounced off and hit Kennedy in the left knee, then in the right knee. It traveled up his femur and went into his butt. Here it ricochet off the seatbelt buckle that Kennedy happened to be sitting on. From this point it went up into his arm and then into his chest from the rear. Here it ricochet again but this time off of the president's cigar lighter. The bullet then careened up and made the fatal wound through Kennedy's neck. The bullets rampage of mayhem was not yet over though. After it left the president it exit onto the street and killed 15 small children on the sidewalk who were watching the procession.
